The Apocalypse (Jacob's Trouble)
After the rapture the full prophecy of the Apocalypse will hit the Earth…
The Antichrist and the false prophet will reign and will be given authority to act for three and a half years (Revelation 13:5, II Thessalonians 2:3-4 and I John 2:18). The mark of the beast, 666, will be imposed on humanity; without it no one will able to freely work or buy or sell anything (Revelation 13:16-18).
The ones left behind will still have free will to decide between Light or darkness, yet choosing to follow the a Light, who is Jesus (John 1:1-5 and John 8:12), will come at a price: believers will be persecuted, captured and killed (Revelation 13:7, 10).
So you understand clearly, there is no turning back or repentance left for those who receive the mark, and thus worship the beast, his image and Satan. The ones who do so will become absolute slaves of Satan (Lucifer) and as such, will lose their free will (Revelation 14:9-11). Concerning this, Jesus Christ said:
“Whoever seeks to save his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life will preserve it.”
Luke 17:33 NKJV
Many will repent and turn to Jesus during the Great Tribulation, including people who were only nominal Christians before the rapture. There will be some survivors (Matthew 24:22), but most believers will pay their salvation with their lives and will then go to be with the Lord in Heaven (Revelation 7:9-17). A fragment of this prophecy:
Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, “Who are these arrayed in white robes, and where did they come from?” And I said to him, “Sir, you know.” So he said to me, “These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.”
Revelation 7:13-14 NKJV
It will be the time of Jacob’s trouble (Jeremiah 30:5-7), a hardship like never before or ever after, long ago prophesied before Jesus’ birth (Jeremiah 30, Daniel 12 and Matthew 24). There is no softening of the blow or sugar coating it! This part of the story brings us sadness because our Heavenly Father wants everyone to repent and be saved (I John 4:10).
A couple Scriptures that show His wonderful and noble heart:
“But You, O Lord, are a God full of compassion, and gracious, longsuffering and abundant in mercy and truth.”.
Psalms 86:15 NKJV
“The Lord is not slow in keeping His promise as some understand slowness, but is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish but everyone to come to repentance.”.
2 Peter 3:9 BSB
Our wish, as His, is that every person would freely choose to join the Kingdom of Light (I Timothy 2:3-4), yet there is a reason why it is necessary for the Apocalypse to happen:
In order for this Heavenly story to have a happy ending, infinite peace and utopia, God needs to fully eradicate evil and rebellion, fruits of sin (Galatians 5:19-21). It is a vicious cycle that would never come to an end, otherwise. To help you understand, evil, sin and rebellion (Isaiah 65:2), by-products of the ego (me, me, me), always brings consequences that lead to suffering and can only lead to a broken, fragmented world full of pain, hatred, poverty, pride, hunger, war, selfishness and death, as we currently live in; with these things existing, real utopia and peace would never be possible in a world where free will still exists.
This is the reason why the Creator of the Universe, in His infinite love and mercy, sent His own beloved son, Jesus Christ (Yeshua of Nazareth) to suffer such a horrible and heartbreaking death for us. According to the universal law, which was given to us on Earth through Moses, the price of sin is death (Romans 6:23, Exodus 20:1-17 and Leviticus 20:6-22 – read all of Leviticus 20). Only the sacrifice of a perfect and spotless Passover lamb could pay the debt, make atonement, and redeem us from death, as it happened in Egypt with the blood of the lamb on the doorposts that saved the firstborn of Israel from the angel of death (John 1:29, Exodus 12:3, 5, 7 and 13, I Peter 1:18-19 and Genesis 22:8). Yeshua (Jesus), the Life, and the Son of God born in the flesh, became that lamb in human form and died on the Passover feast (I Peter 2:21-25); of His own free will He gave His life, His blood and flesh (Matthew 26:26-28 and John 10:17-18), to ransom all those who repent of their sins with all their heart and accept His sacrifice (John 3:16-18) . Death, evil and sin had entered humanity through the disobedience of Adam and Eve (Genesis 2:16-17), and the only one who could defeat Death was Life Himself born in the flesh (John 1:4, John 14:6, II Timothy 1:10, Acts 2:24 and Revelation 1:17-18).
About the birth of the Messiah the prophet Isaiah wrote:
Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel.
Isaiah 7:14 NKJV
For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Isaiah 9:6 NKJV
These prophecies clearly state that the Messiah would be called Mighty God, Everlasting Father and Immanuel (which means God with us), which is evidence of His divine nature.
The next prophecy by Isaiah, explains beautifully why the Messiah came first as the Lamb of God to redeem sinners:
He was treated harshly, but endured it humbly; he never said a word. Like a lamb about to be slaughtered, like a sheep about to be sheared, he never said a word. He was arrested and sentenced and led off to die, and no one cared about his fate. He was put to death for the sins of our people. He was placed in a grave with those who are evil, he was buried with the rich, even though he had never committed a crime or ever told a lie… After a life of suffering, he will again have joy; he will know that he did not suffer in vain. My devoted servant, with whom I am pleased, will bear the punishment of many and for his sake I will forgive them.
Isaiah 53:7-9, 11 GNTD
(Read all of Isaiah 52:13-15 and Isaiah 53).
The Eternal, Most High God YHWH, knew that in our own imperfect human nature alone this goal of redemption would never be achieved, which is why He also inspired this ministry. He wants you to understand, to repent and turn to Christ now (accept the invitation, Romans 10:8-11) and prefers for you not to live through the Apocalypse. You have free will, and it is your decision which path you choose, Light or darkness.
